It would sound a bit demodé the use of the royal we, but sometimes it’s nice a bit of old-fashioned style!
EFFE is the result of many years of studies, education, specialization and work. Actually, EFFE is only me.
My name is Fortunato, young translator from Sardinia based in Brianza. Born bilingual, I got a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Pedagogy; then, I decided to switch to foreign languages and translation, changing subject and following my passions. Therefore, I packed my stuff and experiences and moved to Moscow, Russia. There, I joined the Master’s Degree in Legal Translation and Interpreting at the RUDN, the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, finishing the degree with the highest scores and a special mention. The international scene of my university, together with the multicultural background of Moscow, gave me a complete academic education, creating a complete professional profile both from the human and the scholastic point of view.
I came back to Italy after two years, and here I continued my studies in the fields of linguistics and in Digital Marketing and Communication. EFFE helped me to make of translation and of my love for writing (and reading!) a job: along with an effective Translation service, I declined my love for words into a Copywriting service.
Continuous studying, timeliness and precision, respect for the client’s needs: those are the pillars of the EFFE’s and Fortunato’s work philosophy.
